Relaxing base for discovering Metz with incredibly helpful and responsive stuff from the reception to the maids. Spacious well appointed rooms provided with seperate toilet and large bathroom plus up to date shower. Perfect and excellant location, not very far from a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Perfect and amazing location in the city center. Near to everything, especially the magnificent cathedral and the market and town centre. The breakfast with fresh bread and croissants.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for One Night, glad I've chosen it. The room was both trendy and new-fashioned with seperate toilet, large bathroom, for example. Professional and very amiable staff who were always there to help. The location was excellent and ideal, not very far from a historic Roman Catholic cathedral.

The location of Mercure was absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the city, everything was within walking distance. I could easily explore the bustling shopping street and visit the impressive cathedral. It was such a convenient place to stay.

Really almost nothing is good. This hotel is needed to be rebuilt from the scratch.

Too old, very uncomfortable rooms, dirty rooms, bathrooms without curtains for the shower, a lot of noise, no conditioned air, no common spaces, one unique small and very narrow lift. It is incredible that this hotel has not been rebuilt/renewed long time ago.

Had good stay for One Night. Our room was freshly renovated and trendy, offered with seperate toilet. A shower, a hairdryer and bath robes were available there. The location was excellent and incredible, just a short stroll away from a Roman Catholic cathedral. There was a good restaurant not too far away from the hotel.

We traveled with family and friends and stayed at Mercure for a few nights. The location was excellent, with main attractions, restaurants, and shops all within a short walking distance. The staff, particularly Loraine, were extremely helpful and attentive. Loraine deserves an Oscar for her multitasking skills during breakfast! The food was also delicious and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

We had the classic twin room and it was tidy and bright with up to date shower.

Used the hotel for a one night stopover in Metz. Would certainly recommend for a longer stay in the city. The room was large with good facilities, reception very welcoming, great location in the pedestrianised centre with good range of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. 5 minutes from the Cathedral. There is a private garage but we opted for a pay car park next to the Cathedral for ease.

double room included an iron, multi-channel tv and a coffee maker. the property was in the centre of the city. we went to la robe des champs, located quite a walk from the hotel, to have some dinner.

It was in a good location with a historic Roman Catholic cathedral nearby.
